We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, lender, attorney, or tax advisor, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult your own licensed professionals before entering into any transaction.
SMS Terms
- Program description: AS Legacy Solutions LLC sends text messages to property owners, agents, and investors who have agreed to receive them, for consulting appointment scheduling and follow-ups related to real estate inquiries.
- Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
